WorkMatrixx / MAVIS — Full Findings Appendix (verified)
Every finding below survived adversarial verification and carries live-checked evidence. Companion to teardown-2026-07-18.md.
Organic SEO & AI-Search Readiness — 4 findings
1. [CRITICAL] Zero non-brand organic surface: one 870-word page competing in a category won by content libraries
- Evidence: Raw HTML (200, 59.6KB): 870 visible words, 13 hrefs all same-page anchors/fonts/icon, single H1 + 6 H2 + 11 H3. HTTP re-checks: /services 404, /blog 404, /faq 404, /about 404, /sitemap.xml 404. robots.txt = content-signals boilerplate, zero directives. Category SERP won entirely by content-rich competitors; workmatrixx.com nowhere. Brand query: workmatrixx.com ranks #1.
- Verified: CONFIRMED live. Fetched homepage HTML: exactly 870 visible words; every href is a same-page anchor (#book x4, #how x2, #handles, #different, #integrations, #top), Google Fonts, or the avatar.png icon — zero internal pages (audit said '15 hrefs', actual count 13 incl. 2 avatar.png icon links; immaterial, substance holds). /services, /blog, /faq, /about all return 404 (re-tested); sitemap.xml 404; robots.txt is Cloudflare content-signals boilerplate with no directives, no sitemap, and does NOT block AI crawlers. Live SERP for 'AI virtual assistant for small business': all results are in-depth guides (Microsoft, usecarly.com, herothemes.com, layer3labs.io, articsledge.com, vendasta.com) — workmatrixx.com absent. Strengths verified: title tag 'MAVIS — Your AI Operator, Human-Guided' and meta description present and well-written; site is indexed and ranks #1 for its own brand query. Severity 'critical' is honest: non-brand organic acquisition is structurally zero.
- Business impact: Category-intent searchers ('AI virtual assistant for small business', 'AI operator') only find competitors' guides; the entire inbound funnel is limited to people who already know the brand name, so new-demand organic acquisition is zero and growth depends on outbound/paid.
- RGDM service: The Growth Foundation ($8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo — SEO + AEO/GEO + schema + autonomous content engine) · Est. value: $8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo (RGDM catalog). Illustrative: competitors in this niche's own SERPs publish $699–$2,499/mo per-client retainers, so one organic-sourced client/mo would exceed the monthly fee — competitor-published pricing, not their books.
2. [HIGH] No structured data and a fractured entity: 0 JSON-LD, no canonical, and the brand SERP is polluted by a near-identical competitor domain
- Evidence: grep of live HTML: ld+json count 0, canonical absent, og:/twitter: meta absent. Brand SERP top 5: workmatrixx.com #1, then workmatrix.com/about, workmatrix.com/, workmatrix.com/services, workmatrix.tech. curl www.workmatrixx.com → 403, empty redirect_url. curl parallelaid.com → 301 → https://workmatrixx.com/.
- Verified: CONFIRMED live. Raw HTML contains 0 application/ld+json blocks, no rel=canonical, no Open Graph or Twitter meta — only charset, viewport, and description (grep-verified; page is a static one-pager, no framework that would inject head tags client-side). Identity fracture verified: domain WorkMatrixx, footer '© MAVIS · An AI agentic assistant, human-guided by trained…', lead email domain parallelaid.com (301s to workmatrixx.com, re-tested), Calendly embed account 'info_toptalentvas'. Live brand SERP 'workmatrixx MAVIS': positions 2–4 are the unrelated workmatrix.com (hotel-marketing agency, single x — about/home/services pages) and position 5 is workmatrix.tech, i.e. 4 of the top 5 results are lookalike domains exactly as claimed. www.workmatrixx.com re-tested: HTTP 403, no redirect. This is on-page absence of client-side markup — provably observable, not a server-side-invisible system.
- Business impact: No Organization/Service schema, no about page, and three conflicting identities mean search and AI engines cannot resolve the entity; near-brand queries surface a hotel-marketing agency, and any www citation or typed www visit dead-ends on a 403.
- RGDM service: The Growth Foundation ($8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo — schema markup, entity-clear AEO/GEO architecture, site rebuild fixes the www 403) · Est. value: Included in Growth Foundation $8,500 + $1,500/mo (RGDM catalog); no standalone price invented.
3. [MEDIUM] Not structured for AI-search extraction despite category-relevant copy that already surfaces for long-tail queries
- Evidence: Live SERP: workmatrixx.com surfaced and was quoted in the AI summary for a clinic/agency long-tail query. HTML: 0 ld+json, no FAQ text, unsourced '12 departments' claim, 3 testimonial cards with generic titles and no company names.
- Verified: CONFIRMED live, correctly framed as optimization opportunity not breakage. Strength independently reproduced: a fresh long-tail query ('AI operator assistant for clinics agencies inbox triage lead follow-up service') returned workmatrixx.com at position 4 and the search summary quoted its 'tuned for service companies, clinics, agencies, consultants' copy verbatim. Gaps verified in HTML: no FAQ section (string 'FAQ' absent from visible text), 0 JSON-LD of any type, 'Live across 12 departments right now' present with no sourcing, and exactly 3 quote cards (class='quote' x3) with generic unverifiable attributions ('Daniela Reyes — Founder, boutique marketing agency'; 'Marcus Lindgren — Director of Operations, B2B services'). Medium severity is honest given the page does get extracted today.
- Business impact: AI answers for 'best AI + human VA service' are assembled from FAQ-structured, schema-marked, sourced pages; competitors with 2026 buyer's-guide content get recommended while MAVIS's single page offers one quotable paragraph and no verifiable facts, forfeiting the AI-recommendation channel its own category lives in.
- RGDM service: SEO + autonomous blog content pipeline (AI-search optimized, schema markup) · Est. value: Covered by Growth Foundation $1,500/mo content engine (RGDM catalog); no separate figure grounded.
4. [LOW] No location footprint while city-level VA-service SERPs are won by competitors with dedicated city pages
- Evidence: HTML: no address/geo text. Cleveland SERP: 4 competitor city pages confirmed at claimed URLs; competitor-published plans $699–$2,499/mo visible in results.
- Verified: CONFIRMED live, with the finding's own caveats intact. HTML re-checked: zero address, city, state, or service-area strings anywhere on the page (regex for Cleveland/Ohio/Suite/street patterns returned nothing); the only geo signal is the lead's 216 area code, correctly labeled an inference from the lead record. Live SERP 'virtual assistant services Cleveland Ohio' reproduced the claimed winners: strivanallc.com/cleveland-oh, vantastaff.com/cities/cleveland-oh, unity-connect.com/locations/bpo-provider-virtual-assistants-cleveland-oh, virtualassistantva.com/virtual-assistant-services-cleveland — all dedicated city pages, with published pricing ($699/mo VantaStaff, $1,499–$2,499/mo Strivana) matching the finding's $699–$2,499 range. Correctly conditioned on whether they want geo-sourced leads (Calendly handle 'info_toptalentvas' and 'trained VA' copy verified on-page as suggestive, not asserted). Low severity appropriate.
- Business impact: City-intent searches are where hybrid VA services visibly convert (competitors publish $699–$2,499/mo plans on those pages); with zero location pages MAVIS captures none of that bottom-funnel demand in any metro — relevant only if they want the staffing motion, per the caveat.
- RGDM service: Add-on: Programmatic / Location-page SEO ($3,000) · Est. value: $3,000 add-on (RGDM catalog). Illustrative: competitors' city pages advertise $699–$2,499/mo plans, so one client from one city page covers the add-on in ~2–4 months of that client's retainer — competitor-published pricing.
Content & Social — 4 findings
5. [CRITICAL] Multiple email addresses on the lead's domain (parallelaid.com) are CleanTalk spam-blacklisted, and those blacklist pages dominate the domain's search results
- Evidence: cleantalk.org/blacklists/{sarahwil,susansmi,anthonyjac}@parallelaid.com all live and current (last activity Jul 16 and Jul 18 2026); susansmi shows 1,134 sites attacked + an abuse report citing WP Engine contact-form spam; generic 'parallelaid.com' search returns these spam-report pages as top results with no legitimate brand content to compete; the addresses share the firstname+3-letter-surname pattern of the lead's own ashleybro@parallelaid.com; domain registered Sep 6 2025 per UI Domains daily-registration log.
- Verified: CONFIRMED with one precision correction. Direct fetch of cleantalk.org/blacklists/sarahwil@parallelaid.com: 'currently blacklisted, 913 websites attacked, discovered Oct 1 2025, last activity Jul 16 2026.' Direct fetch of susansmi@parallelaid.com page: blacklisted, 1,134 sites attacked, last activity Jul 18 2026 (today), one US abuse report (Apr 3 2026) citing spam via a WP Engine contact form. anthonyjac@parallelaid.com page confirmed present in SERP. Generic search for 'parallelaid.com' independently re-run: the top results are 3 CleanTalk pages + a SpamKill reputation page — spam reports ARE the domain's third-party footprint. CORRECTION: this is ADDRESS-LEVEL CleanTalk blacklisting, not a confirmed domain-level DNSBL listing — my Spamhaus DBL dig returned 127.255.255.254 (query-refused-via-public-resolver code, NOT a listing) and SURBL returned empty, so do not say 'the domain is blacklisted' on the call; say 'multiple addresses on your domain are on spam blacklists and those pages are the top search results for your domain.' Also observed: parallelaid.com has DMARC p=reject with strict alignment (technically sound config — credit it), and the abuse-report vector (contact-form spam) bypasses DMARC, consistent with the finding's correct refusal to attribute who is sending. Deliverability impact of CleanTalk listings on inbox placement is NOT externally provable — frame as risk requiring a sender-reputation audit, not as 'sequences will land in spam.'
- Business impact: Anyone who googles the email domain the lead writes from finds spam reports and nothing else — a direct trust problem for a company selling 'AI handles your inbox,' and a mandatory scoping conversation before any email/SMS retention build (Ashley's selected service). Sender-reputation/domain-strategy audit is a prerequisite, not a line item. Do not attribute the spam activity to anyone on the call.
- RGDM service: The Growth Engine — $16,500 one-time + $2,500/mo (retention email/SMS on clean sending infrastructure) · Est. value: RGDM catalog price only ($16,500 + $2,500/mo). No deliverability-loss dollar figure — not externally quantifiable.
6. [HIGH] Zero content engine: single-page site, no blog/resources/about/FAQ, no lead magnet or newsletter — no capture of problem-aware demand
- Evidence: curl of workmatrixx.com: nav = 6 same-page anchors, zero internal page links; /blog 404, /faq 404, /about 404, /resources 404; MAVIS — Your AI Operator, Human-Guided and meta description present; three named testimonials in page copy.
- Verified: CONFIRMED via raw HTML and direct HTTP checks: every nav link is a same-page anchor (#top #handles #how #different #integrations #book); /blog, /faq, /about, /resources all return 404; www subdomain serves 403. Strengths re-verified and must be credited: title tag 'MAVIS — Your AI Operator, Human-Guided', real meta description, clear 4-step value prop, three named testimonials (Daniela Reyes, Marcus Lindgren, Dr. Amelia Ofori — attributions generic and unverifiable, as the finding says), and the site does surface first for its own brand query (workmatrixx.com was the #1 result on my brand-term search).
- Business impact: Findable only via brand name; every problem-aware query their ICP types (AI assistant for clinics, automate lead follow-up for agencies, AI vs virtual assistant) is uncontested by them, and there is no content for AI-search engines to cite. This is the exact service the lead selected (SEO & Content) and a true greenfield build.
- RGDM service: SEO + autonomous blog content pipeline (AI-search optimized, schema) inside The Growth Foundation ($8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo) · Est. value: RGDM catalog: Growth Foundation $8,500 + $1,500/mo — recurring side fits her stated under-$5K/mo budget.
7. [HIGH] No findable social presence on any platform, while unrelated namesake brands occupy the 'Mavis' and 'Workmatrix' namespaces
- Evidence: workmatrixx.com external hrefs: fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com, calendly.com only. LinkedIn site-search and open-web search return no profile attributable to WorkMatrixx/MAVIS-the-AI-operator; namespace occupied by Workmatrix GmbH, Mavis AI (publishers), Mavis Tire/Beacon.
- Verified: CONFIRMED. Raw-HTML link extraction shows the ONLY external links on the page are Google Fonts and the Calendly widget — zero social profile links. site:linkedin.com 'workmatrixx' returns only unrelated companies (Workmatrix GmbH hospitality agency, myMatrixx, Matrixx Software); the 'Mavis AI' LinkedIn company (40 followers) is a different publisher-focused product, and @HeyMavisAi on X is likewise a different brand. The finding's framing is correctly conservative — 'not findable by a prospect' rather than 'does not exist' — keep that exact framing on the call.
- Business impact: B2B buyers vet ops/AI vendors on LinkedIn before booking; a Calendly-only site with no findable company page fails that check silently. Every empty social/SERP surface in the crowded Mavis/Matrix namespace is currently filled by someone else's brand.
- RGDM service: Social pipelines (carousel + static + short-form) fed by the content engine cadence · Est. value: Included in The Growth Engine ($16,500 + $2,500/mo); no standalone catalog price, so none quoted.
8. [MEDIUM] Four-way brand fragmentation: WorkMatrixx (domain) vs MAVIS (all on-page identity) vs parallelaid.com (lead's email) vs Top Talent VAs (Calendly handle at the conversion point)
- Evidence: Page source: MAVIS..., footer '© MAVIS', calendly.com/info_toptalentvas/15?hide_gdpr_banner=1; curl -w redirect: parallelaid.com → 301 → https://workmatrixx.com/; 'WorkMatrixx' absent from all visible copy; /about and legal pages 404.
- Verified: CONFIRMED by direct observation of all four identities: raw HTML footer reads '© MAVIS · An AI agentic assistant...' and the string 'WorkMatrixx' appears nowhere in page copy; parallelaid.com 301s to https://workmatrixx.com/ (curl-verified); the sole conversion path is calendly.com/info_toptalentvas/15 embedded in the page source. No about/legal pages exist to reconcile the entities (404s verified). Corroborating observed detail: workmatrixx.com MX is mbox.boringmoat.com and parallelaid.com MX is mbox.fandompixel.com — two more unrelated infrastructure names, observed fact only. The finding's sales-call caveat is right and must be kept: the Calendly handle is the ONLY evidence of 'Top Talent VAs' — do not assert it as the parent company.
- Business impact: The highest-intent moment on the site hands the prospect from brand 'MAVIS' to a Calendly named 'toptalentvas' — an observable trust break — and four unconnected names make entity recognition by search engines and AI assistants effectively impossible for anything but the exact domain string.
- RGDM service: The Growth Foundation — $8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo (conversion-first rebuild unifying entity across site, booking flow, schema, AEO/GEO) · Est. value: RGDM catalog: Growth Foundation $8,500 + $1,500/mo; split-pay $4,500 signing + $4,000 launch.
Website Design, UX & Conversion — 4 findings
9. [CRITICAL] Single conversion path with zero fallback lead capture — every visitor not ready to book is lost
- Evidence: Hydrated-DOM count on live workmatrixx.com 2026-07-18: forms=0, inputs=0, tel=0, mailto=0; sole iframe src=calendly.com/info_toptalentvas/15; all book CTAs → #book; fixed-position sticky CTA bar present and functional; Calendly embed visible and >200px at 375px mobile width.
- Verified: CONFIRMED live (Playwright, hydrated DOM, readyState=complete): 0
- Business impact: The 15-min call is the only action on the entire site; any visitor not call-ready has no lower-commitment option (no form, no email capture, no phone, no asset) and cannot be followed up with. Non-booking traffic is unrecoverable by design.
- RGDM service: Conversion-rate optimization (forms, CTAs, lead capture, honeypot/anti-spam) · Est. value: Delivered inside The Growth Foundation — $8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo (catalog); site is static HTML with no CMS, so lead capture rides on the rebuild
10. [HIGH] No client-side measurement of any kind detectable on the rendered page
- Evidence: browser_evaluate on hydrated page: all tracking globals undefined; browser_network_requests (static=true): 20 requests total, none to GA/GTM/FB endpoints; only site-authored external script is the Calendly widget.
- Verified: CONFIRMED live: typeof window.fbq, window.gtag, window.dataLayer, window.google_tag_manager, window.clarity, window.hj all 'undefined' after full hydration. Only main-page external scripts: assets.calendly.com widget.js + Google Fonts. Full network log (static included): zero requests to google-analytics.com, googletagmanager.com, or facebook.com from any frame in this load (iframe traffic was Calendly + Stripe assets only). Framing is protocol-correct: server-side tracking properly labeled 'not detectable externally.' One phrase to soften in the pitch: 'cannot see a single visitor' overstates — host-level/server-log analytics (e.g., Cloudflare) could exist invisibly; say 'no client-side analytics detectable, no tag manager present to add any.'
- Business impact: No client-side attribution or on-page conversion measurement exists for the one CTA they have; all three requested services (SEO, CRO, retention) would launch without measurable feedback. Booking data accrues inside a Calendly account branded for a different business.
- RGDM service: GTM / GA4 / server-side tracking + offline conversion import (Enhanced Conversions, CAPI) · Est. value: Server-Side Tracking add-on — $2,500 (catalog); GA4/GTM baseline included in The Growth Foundation
11. [HIGH] Trust layer collapses at the decision moment: third-party-branded booking flow, unverifiable social proof, zero legal/company pages
- Evidence: Live checks: booking iframe account 'info_toptalentvas'; 5 subpages 404 and www host 403 (curl, browser UA); unverifiable testimonial attributions and uncased '12 departments' claim present in rendered body text.
- Verified: CONFIRMED live: Calendly embed URL is calendly.com/info_toptalentvas/15 (different brand than MAVIS/workmatrixx, visible in embed URL and confirmation emails). Body text contains 'Live across 12 departments right now' with no case study; footer testimonial 'Daniela Reyes — Founder, boutique marketing agency' (generic attribution) verified; footer reads '© 2026 MAVIS'; copy includes 'trained VA' and 'trained operator' (Top Talent VAs link plausible). Fresh curl 2026-07-18: /about /privacy /terms /contact /pricing all 404; https://www.workmatrixx.com returns 403; parallelaid.com 301s to workmatrixx.com. Design-quality credit stands — this is a credibility-substance gap, not an aesthetics gap.
- Business impact: B2B buyers (especially clinics) vet who-is-behind-this before booking; a differently-named booking account plus no about/privacy/terms/contact pages at the decision moment suppresses booking rate. Missing privacy/terms also blocks compliant Meta/Google ads onboarding later.
- RGDM service: The Growth Foundation — conversion-first rebuild with real about/legal/contact pages, unified brand, first-party booking flow · Est. value: $8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo (catalog); Foundation Sprint $1,000 as down-sell entry for an under-$5K/mo budget
12. [MEDIUM] No shareability or nurture surface: zero OG/social meta, no favicon, one-page site with no secondary path
- Evidence: Hydrated meta audit: og=0, twitter=0, canonical=false, favicon=[], jsonld=0; nav = same-page anchors only; secondary pages 404; Supabase-hosted image currently 200; 375px viewport shows zero horizontal overflow.
- Verified: CONFIRMED live on hydrated DOM: 0 og: meta, 0 twitter: meta, no canonical link, 0 favicon link elements, 0 JSON-LD blocks (a meta description does exist — the finding never claimed otherwise). All nav links are same-page anchors; /pricing /faq etc. 404 (curl-confirmed). 'Why MAVIS' image hot-linked from public Supabase bucket (hoirqrkdgbmvpwutwuwj.supabase.co) — loaded 200 in this visit, correctly framed as fragility not breakage. Mobile credit verified: no horizontal overflow at 375px (scrollWidth=clientWidth=360). Speed credit directionally confirmed (7 main-frame requests, static page); exact ms timings from the original audit not re-measured — keep them or restate as 'sub-second static page.' Severity medium is right.
- Business impact: Links shared into Slack/LinkedIn/email render with no preview card, cutting click-through on the most natural B2B referral channel; the one-page structure leaves email/SMS retention campaigns (her third requested service) with no destination pages.
- RGDM service: SEO + autonomous blog content pipeline (AI-search optimized, schema markup) · Est. value: Included in The Growth Foundation build ($8,500 + $1,500/mo — schema/OG/AEO layer plus content engine that creates the missing pages)
Tracking & Analytics Maturity — 5 findings
13. [CRITICAL] Zero site-owned web analytics on the rendered site — no GA4, no GTM, no dataLayer (confirmed at runtime in hydrated page)
- Evidence: Hydrated-page evaluate (context self-verified): gtag/dataLayer/google_tag_manager all undefined; only parent scripts = Calendly widget.js + one inline (2 script tags total); no measurement ID in rendered HTML; live network log shows no /collect beacons — the GA/GTM library requests present in the log are loaded by the Calendly iframe under Calendly's own accounts, not the site's.
- Verified: CONFIRMED in a dedicated tab with location.href self-verified as https://workmatrixx.com/ after full scroll + 4s settle: typeof window.gtag, window.dataLayer, and window.google_tag_manager all 'undefined'; no GTM-/G-/UA- measurement ID anywhere in the hydrated HTML; the parent page loads exactly one external script (assets.calendly.com/assets/external/widget.js). ONE EVIDENCE CORRECTION: the original line 'zero requests to google-analytics.com or googletagmanager.com in the network log' is wrong as written — analytics.js and gtag/js DO appear in the live network log, but they originate inside the Calendly iframe (Calendly's own Segment stack), not the parent page; zero /collect or /g/collect beacons fire for any site-owned property. Caveat retained: server-side tracking is not detectable externally — framed as 'no client-side measurement observed', not proof of total absence. Strength credit retained: fast static single-pager, clean GTM/GA4 install is low-friction.
- Business impact: The business cannot see a single visitor, source, click, or conversion on its own property. All three of Ashley's requested services (SEO & Content, Websites & CRO, Retention) depend on measurement that does not exist client-side today; this is the prerequisite layer everything else hangs on.
- RGDM service: GTM / GA4 / server-side tracking + offline conversion import (Enhanced Conversions, CAPI) · Est. value: Included in The Growth Foundation ($8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo, catalog price); standalone Server-Side Tracking add-on $2,500 (catalog price)
14. [HIGH] The only conversion (Calendly booking) is recorded exclusively inside a third-party Calendly account (info_toptalentvas) with no source attribution
- Evidence: Live network log: calendly.com/api/booking/analytics/track POST 201 (Calendly-internal only); embed URL calendly.com/info_toptalentvas/15?embed_domain=workmatrixx.com&embed_type=Inline&hide_gdpr_banner=1&background_color=17102b&text_color=f5f5fa&primary_color=12a3ab — no UTM params; parent page has no analytics layer to capture the booking event.
- Verified: CONFIRMED live: POST https://calendly.com/api/booking/analytics/track returned 201 in the session — the only conversion-related analytics event fired anywhere; iframe URL verified as calendly.com/info_toptalentvas/15 with only embed_domain, embed_type, hide_gdpr_banner and color params — no UTM/source passthrough of any kind. With the parent page having no GA4/dataLayer (confirmed above), there is no mechanism to record the booking as a site conversion or attribute it to a channel. The 'info_toptalentvas' account name (Top Talent VAs, a different brand identity) confirmed in both the iframe URL and the Calendly event_types API call. Strength credit holds: booking flow loads, is brand-styled (custom colors), and functions — fix is attribution plumbing, not funnel rebuild.
- Business impact: No channel, keyword, or page can ever be credited for a booked call, so they cannot double down on what works. Booking data also lives under a different brand's Calendly login (info_toptalentvas) rather than a system the business reports from.
- RGDM service: GTM / GA4 / server-side tracking + offline conversion import (Enhanced Conversions, CAPI) · Est. value: Covered by the tracking + attribution layer of The Growth Foundation ($8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo, catalog price)
15. [MEDIUM] No site-owned ad-platform pixel detected browser-side (Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn) — no retargeting audience being built from today's traffic
- Evidence: Hydrated-page check: fbq/ttq/lintrk undefined on parent; live network log contains no facebook.com/tr, TikTok, LinkedIn, or DoubleClick beacons; the fbevents.js library request present in the log originates from the Calendly iframe (Calendly's own tag), not the site.
- Verified: CONFIRMED with correction and severity downgrade (high→medium). Confirmed: typeof window.fbq, window.ttq, window.lintrk all 'undefined' on the hydrated parent page; zero facebook.com/tr, TikTok, LinkedIn, or DoubleClick beacons in the live network log. CORRECTION: connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js DOES load — but inside the Calendly iframe as part of Calendly's own vendor stack (no /tr track beacon fired), so it builds no audience for WorkMatrixx; the original 'zero requests to facebook endpoints' wording was inaccurate. DOWNGRADED because no paid media appears to be running, so this is a foregone future asset (cold-start ad account), not active loss — per 'could improve ≠ is broken'. Server-side caveat correctly retained: CAPI is not detectable externally; claim is limited to 'no browser-side pixel detected'.
- Business impact: Visitors arriving today are not being pooled into any custom audience under the business's control. If paid media for MAVIS ever launches, the account starts cold instead of against months of accumulated audience data. Opportunity framing, not a defect.
- RGDM service: GTM / GA4 / server-side tracking + offline conversion import (Enhanced Conversions, CAPI) · Est. value: Server-Side Tracking add-on $2,500 (catalog); pixel + CAPI foundation also included in The Growth Engine ($16,500 + $2,500/mo, catalog price) if paid media enters scope
16. [MEDIUM] Zero first-party data capture: no forms, no inputs, no mailto/tel links anywhere on the hydrated site — Calendly iframe is the only interactive element
- Evidence: Post-hydration DOM counts (context-verified tab): 0 form, 0 input/textarea/select, 0 mailto:, 0 tel:, 0 external/non-hash anchors site-wide; sole interactive element is the Calendly inline iframe.
- Verified: CONFIRMED in hydrated DOM after full-page scroll: document.querySelectorAll('form').length = 0; inputs/textareas/selects = 0; mailto: links = 0; tel: links = 0; in fact the deduplicated anchor list contains ZERO non-hash links of any kind (every is a same-page # link) — even stronger than the original claim. Rendered-page observation, not static-HTML inference. Cross-dimension overlap with retention acknowledged; correctly scoped here as an analytics/first-party-data gap.
- Business impact: Any visitor not ready to book a 15-minute call leaves without a trace — no email, no identity, nothing to remarket to. Ashley's requested Customer Retention (Email & SMS) service currently has nothing upstream feeding it.
- RGDM service: Conversion-rate optimization (forms, CTAs, lead capture, honeypot/anti-spam) · Est. value: Lead-capture rebuild included in The Growth Foundation ($8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo, catalog price)
17. [LOW] Calendly embed suppresses the GDPR consent banner (hide_gdpr_banner=1) while its iframe loads Segment, Braze, Sprig (incl. session recording), and Stripe fingerprinting — and the site has no privacy policy
- Evidence: Iframe URL param hide_gdpr_banner=1 (verified); network log: cdn.segment.io/v1/projects/rfvnxd6wnn, js.appboycdn.com braze.no-module.min.js, cdn.sprig.com/shim.js + record.min.js, POST m.stripe.com/6 (x2); /privacy, /terms, /privacy-policy all return 404 from live fetch.
- Verified: CONFIRMED end-to-end live: iframe URL explicitly contains hide_gdpr_banner=1; live network log shows cdn.segment.io project rfvnxd6wnn (analytics.min.js + settings + destination bundles), Braze (js.appboycdn.com web-sdk 5.9), Sprig (cdn.sprig.com shim + record.min.js — a session recorder, additional detail beyond original), and Stripe fingerprinting (two POSTs to m.stripe.com/6); fetch probes from the live page returned 404 for /privacy, /terms, AND /privacy-policy; no consent management observed anywhere. Precision note kept: these vendors load inside Calendly's iframe as Calendly's own stack — the site's exposure is suppressing the consent banner on an embed that fires third-party trackers while publishing no privacy disclosure of its own. Low severity is honest; correctly framed as compliance/trust optimization, not 'broken'.
- Business impact: Visitor data flows to multiple third-party vendors with consent UI suppressed and zero disclosure — a trust/compliance gap that matters when selling AI operations to clinics and agencies whose procurement asks about data handling.
- RGDM service: The Growth Foundation — $8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo (rebuild ships legal pages + consent-aware tracking) · Est. value: Included in The Growth Foundation build (catalog price); no standalone catalog line item
Local & GBP Presence — 3 findings
18. [HIGH] No Google Business Profile detectable under any of the business's four identities — no reviews asset exists to leverage
- Evidence: Live Playwright session 2026-07-18: google.com/maps/search/WorkMatrixx → 3 unrelated 'Matrixx' listings then end-of-list; /maps/search/%22Top+Talent+VAs%22 → 5 unrelated talent firms then end-of-list; /maps/search/%22Parallel+Aid%22 → auto-redirected to Zero Parallel place page (Glendale CA). Branded SERP #1 = workmatrixx.com ('MAVIS — Your AI Operator, Human-Guided') with sitelinks.
- Verified: CONFIRMED live 2026-07-18 (logged-out Google Maps via Playwright). Maps search 'WorkMatrixx' returned only Matrixx Software Inc. (4.0★, 5 reviews, Foster City), Matrixx CPG (LA), MetrixSystems (Woodland Hills), then 'You've reached the end of the list' — matches the audit verbatim. Exact-phrase '"Top Talent VAs"' returned only unrelated firms (Top Talent Search Experts, The Talent Spot, TTS Search, etc.), end of list. '"Parallel Aid"' was auto-corrected by Maps directly to the unrelated Zero Parallel (Glendale CA, 5.0★/4). Web searches for 'Top Talent VAs virtual assistant reviews' surfaced no GBP either. Primary-asset search rule satisfied; 'not detectable' framing is correct (MAVIS-alone caveat properly stated). Strength claim independently confirmed: workmatrixx.com ranks #1 with sitelinks on its branded SERP. HONESTY CAVEAT to carry into the pitch: the site publishes no address, and GBP requires in-person or service-area eligibility — frame the fix as 'establish an eligible listing (service-area if needed) + review engine', not as flipping a switch.
- Business impact: Sole conversion path is a discovery-call Calendly under a different brand ('info_toptalentvas'); with zero review asset under any name, every booking carries full trust friction and nothing counters negative third-party results on the branded SERP. ICP (clinics, service companies, agencies) habitually vets vendors by star rating before booking.
- RGDM service: Google Business Profile setup/optimization (eligibility-checked) + review generation; entry vehicle = Foundation Sprint $1,000 (catalog, credited toward a build within 60 days) · Est. value: Foundation Sprint $1,000 (catalog); GBP/review work as retainer scope — no fabricated ROI figures
19. [HIGH] Google cannot resolve the business entity: branded page 1 is dominated by three unrelated 'Matrixx' companies plus a 'Safe or Scam? (56/100)' checker result
- Evidence: Live SERP snapshot 2026-07-18: page-1 headings = MAVIS/workmatrixx.com (#1), workmatrix.com x2, MATRIXX Software x2, Gridinsoft 56/100, Amdocs Matrixx, MyMatrixx. Homepage HTML fetched directly: no application/ld+json, no NAP, footer '© MAVIS · An AI agentic assistant, human-guided by trained operators.'
- Verified: CONFIRMED live 2026-07-18 (Playwright, google.com/search?q=WorkMatrixx). Gridinsoft result verified verbatim on page 1: heading 'Workmatrixx.com - Safe or Scam? (56/100 Trust Score)', URL gridinsoft.com/online-virus-scanner/url/workmatrixx-com, dated 'Jul 10, 2026', snippet 'We reviewed workmatrixx.com and found a mix of positive and cautionary signals. The site does not currently look like a confirmed scam, ...' with read-more fragment ending '...[not] fully established either'. Page 1 also carries workmatrix.com (hotel web agency, 2 results), MATRIXX Software (matrixx.com + AWS + Amdocs), and MyMatrixx (Evernorth PBM); no knowledge panel present. All on-site root causes re-confirmed firsthand from fetched HTML: zero JSON-LD/Organization schema, no address, no tel:/mailto:, footer reads '© MAVIS', 'WorkMatrixx' appears 0 times in page copy, all subpages (/about /contact /privacy /terms) 404, Calendly = info_toptalentvas, www. serves 403, parallelaid.com 301s to workmatrixx.com. ONE ELEMENT DOWNGRADED TO AUDIT-SESSION EVIDENCE: the AI Overview's exact hedge quote ('other similarly named platforms you might be referring to') could not be re-rendered — the AIO slot was present but stuck in 'Generating' in both snapshots before another agent commandeered the shared browser; AIOs are nondeterministic. Cite the confirmed page-1 mix + Gridinsoft result as primary evidence and the AIO quote as observed-in-audit-session.
- Business impact: A prospect Googling the vendor before a call hits brand ambiguity plus a 56/100 trust-score result, with zero owned trust assets (no GBP, no knowledge panel, no reviews, no legal pages) to counter it — for a service asking clients to hand over inbox/CRM/calendar, this directly suppresses discovery-call bookings, their sole conversion event.
- RGDM service: The Growth Foundation — $8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo (catalog; includes Organization schema + AEO/GEO entity consolidation to one resolvable identity) · Est. value: $8,500 + $1,500/mo per catalog; split-pay $4,500/$4,000 fits Under-$5K/mo budget
20. [MEDIUM] Zero NAP anywhere and zero local-pack footprint despite a local-leaning ICP; brand fragmented across four identities
- Evidence: curl of workmatrixx.com (200, 59.6KB single page): zero NAP, zero contact links; six common subpaths 404; www 403; parallelaid.com 301→workmatrixx.com. Web search '"parallelaid" Cleveland': cleantalk/spamkill blacklist entries only, no citations.
- Verified: CONFIRMED 2026-07-18. Firsthand from fetched HTML + curl: no address, no phone, no tel:/mailto: links anywhere; brand identities verified as domain=workmatrixx.com, on-page brand=MAVIS (35 mentions, 'WorkMatrixx' 0 mentions), lead email domain=parallelaid.com (301s to workmatrixx.com), booking=calendly.com/info_toptalentvas/15 (also observed live as the embedded widget with embed_domain=workmatrixx.com); /about /contact /services /privacy /terms /pricing all return 404 (single-page site); www serves 403. 'parallelaid Cleveland' search confirmed: only spam-blacklist entries (cleantalk.org for sarahwil@/anthonyjac@/susansmi@parallelaid.com, spamkill.co) plus unrelated 'Parallel Solutions' — no legitimate citations for any brand variant. Local-pack visibility being structurally zero follows from confirmed no-GBP + no location pages. Severity medium is honest and the finding correctly self-caveats that classic local-pack ranking is optional strategy for a location-agnostic B2B — the mandatory piece is one consistent NAP/entity anchor; keep the $3,000 city-pages add-on strictly conditional. Side note for the call sheet: the inbound lead's own address (ashleybro@parallelaid.com) matches the firstname+3-letters pattern of the spam-blacklisted addresses — worth a gentle deliverability conversation, not an accusation.
- Business impact: Stated buyers (clinics, local service companies) search with local intent; competitors with any GBP or city presence intercept that demand. With no NAP and a fourth-brand Calendly, even referred prospects cannot verify or call the business — everything funnels through one booking widget or is lost.
- RGDM service: NAP/entity consolidation (covered inside Growth Foundation scope); OPTIONAL add-on: Programmatic/Location-page SEO — $3,000 (catalog) only if they choose to pursue local-intent demand · Est. value: $3,000 catalog add-on, conditional; no standalone ROI figure claimed
Paid Media Presence — 3 findings
21. [HIGH] Site is not paid-ready: zero detectable client-side measurement (no GA4/GTM/pixels, no forms) — CORRECTED: the Calendly is NOT dead; it has bookable slots Jul 21-24, but availability is thin
- Evidence: Live independent re-check 2026-07-18 ~4:55pm PT: (1) Rendered workmatrixx.com — no dataLayer, no gtag, no fbq, 0
- Verified: SPLIT VERDICT. Tracking half CONFIRMED independently (2026-07-18, rendered via Playwright real Chrome): window.dataLayer=undefined, gtag=undefined, fbq=undefined, document forms=0; the ONLY external script on workmatrixx.com is assets.calendly.com/widget.js and the only iframe is the Calendly embed (calendly.com/info_toptalentvas/15); full network log shows zero requests to googletagmanager/google-analytics/facebook.net/any ad or analytics platform (only Calendly assets, Google Fonts, and Stripe loaded BY Calendly). Server-side tracking, if any, is not detectable externally — correctly framed, not asserted absent. Calendly half REFUTED as stated: on the same live embed URL (embed_domain=workmatrixx.com), July 21, 22, 23, 24 render as 'Times available' with enabled, clickable buttons — a visitor CAN book. What IS true as rendered: every other July day says 'No times available', nothing is bookable within 3 days, and BOTH prev/next-month buttons are disabled (August not open). Either availability changed since the original check or the original check hit the empty part of a rolling window — do NOT tell the prospect their calendar is dead; say availability is thin/locked to a 4-day window. Severity downgraded critical→high because the funnel does convert.
- Business impact: Any paid dollar spent today would be unmeasurable client-side: not a single visit, click, or Calendly booking would be attributable to an ad. Secondary friction: a high-intent visitor today cannot book anything within 3 days and sees a mostly-greyed-out calendar, which suppresses conversion on the demand they already get. Fixing measurement is the prerequisite for any paid launch; widening Calendly availability is a settings-level quick win.
- RGDM service: GTM / GA4 tracking foundation + server-side tracking (Enhanced Conversions, CAPI); Calendly availability config = free give-away item for the Monday call · Est. value: Tracking included in The Growth Foundation ($8,500 one-time + $1,500/mo, catalog); Server-Side Tracking add-on $2,500 (catalog). Calendly availability widening is a settings fix — offer free as a trust-builder.
22. [HIGH] Zero observable Google Ads footprint while direct competitors actively buy their highest-intent queries
- Evidence: Ads Transparency Center live render 2026-07-18: 'workmatrixx.com — 0 ads — No ads found' (all regions, any time); identical result for parallelaid.com. Live SERP same day: sponsored block with Wishup + Magic buying the exact query; AI Overview present; MAVIS/WorkMatrixx absent from the entire page (organic included). Competitors observed lead on commodity-VA messaging — MAVIS's 'AI operator + human escalation' positioning is genuinely differentiated ad copy not yet in the auction. Silver lining: since the funnel is unmeasurable today (Finding 1), they are at least wasting $0.
- Verified: CONFIRMED independently 2026-07-18. Google Ads Transparency Center (region=anywhere, any time, all platforms/formats): workmatrixx.com = '0 ads' / 'No ads found'; parallelaid.com = '0 ads' / 'No ads found' (both re-checked live via rendered page). Fresh US SERP (Los Angeles IP) for 'hire a virtual assistant for my business': bottom 'Sponsored results' block with Wishup ('Hire A Virtual Assistant - Top Remote VA in 60 Minutes', pricing sitelink 'Virtual Assistants - from $1,999.00/mo') and Magic (getmagic.com, 'Virtual Executive Assistant'); AI Overview present at top; workmatrixx/MAVIS appears nowhere on the page. One correction: BruntWork did NOT appear in my render (SERP ad rotation) — claim 'at least 2 direct competitors' on the call, not 3. The 'cheap-hourly-VA messaging' differentiation angle holds for the two ads observed (Wishup leads with $1,999/mo pricing; Magic with executive-VA positioning).
- Business impact: Their exact buyers (service companies, clinics, agencies, consultants) are searching commercial-intent VA/AI-ops queries and seeing only competitors plus an AI Overview. With a one-page site, paid search is the fastest demand-capture lever available, and an active auction proves the demand exists; today that lever is at zero.
- RGDM service: Google Ads management (retainer) · Est. value: Paid media management included in The Growth Engine ($16,500 one-time + $2,500/mo, catalog). Lead stated budget Under $5K/mo — lead with The Growth Foundation ($8,500 + $1,500/mo; split-pay $4,500 signing + $4,000 launch) or Foundation Sprint ($1,000, 100% credited) per catalog; do not open with Engine pricing.
23. [MEDIUM] Meta/IG: no Meta pixel detectable client-side (no retargeting signal being collected from current traffic); ad presence cannot be asserted absent — exact-name Ad Library search shows no ads (supporting signal only)
- Evidence: 2026-07-18 rendered check of workmatrixx.com: no fbq object, no facebook.net/fbevents network requests, no other ad-platform tag; no forms and a third-party Calendly iframe as the only CTA, so there is no client-side event surface for a pixel to instrument anyway. Meta Ad Library (real browser session): search 'workmatrixx', all countries → 'No ads match your search criteria'; absence under other page names not provable.
- Verified: CONFIRMED, with stronger evidence than originally claimed. Pixel: rendered page check shows window.fbq undefined and zero requests to facebook.net/fbevents in the full network log — no client-side Meta signal exists (server-side CAPI, if any, not detectable externally; correctly framed). Ad Library: curl reproduces the 403 unauthenticated, BUT it renders fine in a real Chrome session — exact keyword 'workmatrixx' (all countries, all ads) returns 'No ads match your search criteria.' Treat that as a supporting signal, NOT proof of absence: keyword search would miss ads run under their 'Top Talent VAs' page name without the word workmatrixx (a keyword search for 'top talent vas' returns ~21,000 loosely-matched unrelated results and is uninterpretable). On the call, say 'no Meta ads found under the WorkMatrixx name; we can't rule out ads under other page names.'
- Business impact: With no pixel in the browser, no _fbp-based website-visitor audience is being accumulated from current traffic — when they turn on paid social they start from a cold audience instead of months of banked visitors, raising early CPA and lengthening ramp. Installing pixel + CAPI now banks audience for later at near-zero cost, independent of launch timing.
- RGDM service: Facebook/Instagram Ads management (retainer); pixel/CAPI ships within the tracking foundation · Est. value: Pixel/CAPI foundation included in the tracking build priced in Finding 1 (Growth Foundation $8,500 + $1,500/mo; Server-Side Tracking add-on $2,500, catalog); Meta ads management included in The Growth Engine ($16,500 + $2,500/mo, catalog) when ready.
